Executive Management:

Menon Huda
Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Huda has begun his career with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, serving in the admin department to an ODA funded Fertilizer project in Bangladesh called JAMUNA contracted by Mitsubishi. In 1992, Mr, Huda has joined ADO Electronics Co., Ltd. a Tokyo, Japan publicly traded Company. In 1994, Mr. Huda has moved to Microtech International, CT USA, a subsidiary of ADO Electronics, as Executive Vice President. In 1995, Microtech International Inc. formed its subsidiary in Tokyo and Mr. Huda's role has broadened as President of Microtech Japan, Inc. and sharing his time between Japan and USA.

 

In 1999, Mr. Huda and his partner in the USA took over a majority of ownership of Microtech through a management buy-out. In 2000, sold Microtech to SCM Microsystems, a NASDAQ listed publicly traded Company. Mr. Huda remained employed with SCM Microsystems until December of 2003. In January 2004, Mr. Huda has formed Pexatech Japan, Inc. and in December 2006, formed Pexatech Limited, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Mrs. Yamanouchi has experienced working with Kyowa-Shoji Co., Ltd, Tokyo, Japan manufacturing and marketing of construction materials. Prior to Kyowa-Shoji Mrs. Yamanouchi has worked for Iwaki Sangyo designing, manufacturing and OEM electronics product to SONY, Kenwood and Sunsui.

Mr. Chan, founder and president of the Premier World Group of Companies, is a trader specializing in the aluminum industry in the Asian Pacific Region. Since 2003, he has traded close to 250,000 metric ton of Aluminum ingots, 500,000 metric ton of alumina, 50,000 metric ton of aluminum billets and 30,000 metric ton of copper. In 2007, Mr. Chan has started diversifying into manufacturing of aluminum billets and aluminum casting alloys. In 2008, main focus will be in the energy sector which.

Mr. Shikano completed his graduation from Nippon University College of Art in 1978 and in 1982 Art and Architecture School of WASEDA University. He has immense knowledge and experience in Architectural Design and General Construction, Design Working, Construction Planning, Redevelopment Planning, Real Estate Planning and has also experienced in Barcode Computer System and POS Development, RFID, TAG and PDA reader development for logistic and merchandising.

Mr. Shikano was the Board Member (Architectural Design Office) of Image Media Design Inc. Tokyo, Japan in 1987. In 2003, he joined as CEO of Digital Concepts Inc, a Barcode, 2D Symbol, RFID system planning organization.
